王冠(自身の目標)を狙う2頭の豹。豹は強さを、内側の薔薇は優しさを、王冠へと伸びるツタと草木は生徒が理想像に向かって成長する様子を表しています。FOUNDERのMIKA ROLANDが持つ力強さと、その内側にある繊細さを表現。この先何年も思想が受け継がれるように、欧州にあるような紋章のロゴを制作しました。
打ち合わせの際にMIKA ROLANDを表すカードとして出たのが「薔薇の姉妹団(Sisterhood of the Roses) 」。まさにBLAそのものを表すようなカードで、薔薇をロゴに含めたきっかけでもあります。

The logo features two leopards aiming for a crown — symbolizing one's personal goals. The leopards represent strength; the rose within signifies inner gentleness; and the vines and foliage growing toward the crown represent the students' journey of growth toward their ideal selves. The design captures both the bold presence and the delicate inner nature of founder MIKA ROLAND.Created to resemble a European-style crest, the logo was designed to carry the academy's philosophy across generations.During an early creative meeting, the card that serendipitously appeared to represent MIKA ROLAND was Sisterhood of the Roses — a perfect reflection of BOSS LADY ACADEMY’s essence. That moment of serendipity led to the decision to include the rose in the logo, anchoring it as a core symbol of the brand’s identity.
